在装mantis过程中:
配置好了IIS6.0以后

在IE中访问phpmyadmin/index.php
出现error:
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
请大侠赐教,不甚感激!!!!!!

No input file specified.
