Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for development, support, enhancement, analysis, testing and maintenance of the Fault Management/Performance Manager system.



Job Requirements:

1.   BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2.   Over 2 years experience in technical position, source coding experience is preferred.

3.   Excellent English speaking and writing ability.

4.   Experience in IBM Netcool Omnibus or Provisio is essential.

5.   Detailed understanding of Telco networks, technologies, protocols and database.

6.   Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and SNMP.

7.   Strong working knowledge of Unix System(Solaris).

8.   Working knowledge of scripting (perl).

9.   High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
