We are looking for a Production Assistant with the following requirements:
Duties
Creating documents using iWorks (Pages/Numbers/Keynote)
Administrative work - FIling/scanning/photocopying of documents, managing hard disks etc
Assisting client with the day-to-day running of projects
Manage workflows and taking minutes of all necessary conversations/meetings with clients
Assisting Project Managers on project details and workflows
Requirements
Efficient, fast worker with an eye for detail
Able to multi-task
Responsible and independent worker
Able to follow and take briefs from clients
Composed and organized especially when faced with tight deadlines
Good English writing & communication skills
