招聘QA Engineer(上海)

Requirements:

Good Knowledge of software testing lifecycle (either hands on experience or via training)
Preferably LESS than 2 years experience
Fair to good English communication
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks (click thru the same screens everyday)
Master of office tools: Excel, Word
Positive thinking
Passionate and devoted
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Good team player
Willingness to work hours to accommodate different time zones where customers are located
Be able to handle frequent changes and stress

In addition we would like the candidates to have the following experience but we will review resumes even if they do not have these skills:

Automated test tools
eCommerce test experience


主要需求：
1.        英语比较高，需要能说会听
2.        技术背景其次，0.5年到1年左右QA或者计算机相关经验的就行。
3.        需要有耐心和细心的人，能够接受做repeatable的反复工作。
4.        需求稳定性好的人，这个项目周期非常长。
5.        项目需要每周二，周三会有加班,（到晚上8-9点）；然后OT时间会调整到周五换休。

从发展的机会来看，因为沟通对象和TEAM LEADER都是老外，所以是一个全英文的工作环境，这个是一个发展的亮点。
