The Senior QE will contribute to the design and implementation of test strategy and test cases. Also, the candidate will execute and account for results of the tests. This includes executing and validation by using and creating test tools, scripts for complex, multi-tier system software. You should possess skills in testing and implementation of tests on C++ / PERL/SHELL written components as well as you must have experience in testing API based web applications. The candidate should have a proven history and dedication to SQA processes, particularly Agile / Scrum, testing and implementation. This is NOT a GUI software project and must be able to code test cases using C++ and PERL/SHELL.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement test automation framework.
- Work with development engineers to create home-grown scripts to facilitate ad-hoc testing
- Design and implement test strategy and test cases.
- Execute tests using automation framework and validate test results to ensure the product meeting product requirements.
- Conduct White Box and Grey Box testing.
- Submit, regress, and verify defects
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years experience in Software QE with focus on testing backend server and web applications/ system bases components. No UI or GUI testing.
- 2-3 years of implementing test cases using C++ and PERL/SHELL.
- Hands-on experience with white box and grey box testing, automation testing, and script languages such as Perl/Shell/C++.
- Strong UNIX/LINUX command-line troubleshooting background
- Proficient Test Planning and test case writing and designing.
- Strong written and verbal skills in Chinese and English are required for this position.
Preferred Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master preferred.
- Experience working with remote development staff and QE teams
- Experience with or knowledge of any QE tools (including: web monitoring, code coverage, memory tools, 3rd ** integration)

* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Strong written and communication skills, enjoy working in collaboration with multiple teams.
* Passion for QA, ability to evangelize QA principles and drive high-quality on-time product releases.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with security testing, white box and performance/stress/load testing.
* Experience with one or more test automation tool such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.

Objective
Provide leadership and direction to software testers in order to clearly and effectively produce status reports, product defect reports and other deliverables to manager.Perform white and black box software testing to assist in the combined test coverage output of the team.This position is primarily responsible for directing other testers, but will be required to provide test coverage.The successful candidate would be highly organized with demonstrable knowledge of Windows, ideally Mac, andmedia software applications, particularly common audio/video codecs and media formats.The ability to work on multiple projects/platforms simultaneously is essential.This position is ideal for an experienced tester who has led teams of three or more testers and is focused on delivering a large amount of test coverage in an efficient manner.

重点：
1、属于API测试（对api的要求：能够读懂开发人员的设计文档并理解他们里面的逻辑，跟开发差不多）
2、有1-2年的java开发经验；2-3年测试经验，主要是自动化测试，总共不少于3年工作经验
3、要求有web application方面的经验，部门是电子商务。
4、涉及的自动化测试工具：junit4.5 Eclipse java
5、英语口语流利。
