新人提问:关于GSM规范
刚入行才两个月,一直在培训,看各种文档,感觉学了这么多年的英语总算派上了用场:p
有些短的E文还好,关于GSM规范方面的就头痛啦,那么多,最主要是刚接触这些,好多专业术语都不了解,看起来很吃力.但是我觉得对于新手来说,了解GSM规范很重要的.请问各位前辈有没这方面入门的书籍呢?这样看完中文的再去看E文会比较容易理解.谢谢:)

建议先看看人民邮电出版社的《数字移动通信系统》，对整个GSM系统有个整体了解后再有针对性的看GSM协议会快很多

手机侧用到协议本身的东西不是很多吧？都是芯片处理的。

Facility Information Element (FIE)
This information element is the core element for the invocation, registration and every other action concerning supplementary services. It's 3rd octet contains the protocol profile identifier. The only three values defined for this identifier are the Remote Operations Protocol, the CMIP Protocol (see Q.941) and the ACSE Protocol (see X.217). These protocols are layer seven protocols.
REGISTER
This message is used for non call-associated transactions between subscriber equipment and a local exchange. Sending this message initiates the assignment of a new call reference. This is necessary if more than one transaction happens at the same time independent from each other.
FACILITY
This message is needed if transactions happen during the active state of a call. Beside the usual content of a Q.931 message (protocol discriminator, call reference and message type) it contains only two more info elements: the FIE and the Display info element.
