bugzilla配置xp的smtp服务器不能发送邮件
我是用本机的xp的IIS服务配置的SMTP，在email里面配置的smtpserver （填本机的IP地址） \smtp_username（填本机administrator）\smtp_password(administrator的密码),点击保存，就弹出Can't rename data\params.5mgPC to ./data/params: Permission denied at Bugzilla/Config.pm line 289.For help, please send mail to this site's webmaster, giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

mailfrom要不要改，默认是bugzilla-daemon
我改了data文件下面的params文件下面的
'smtp_password' => '*******',
'smtp_username' => 'Administrator',
'smtpserver' => '192.168.0.110',
一个账号第一次申请的时候弹出：There was an error sending mail from 'bugzilla-daemon@' to 'test@gmail.com':Couldn't authenticate 'Administrator:...'
继续第二次申请弹出：You have requested an account token too recently to request another. Please wait a while and try again.
增加BUG是也弹出这个：There was an error sending mail from 'bugzilla-daemon@' to 'qq@sina.com':Couldn't authenticate 'Administrator:...'
但是bug还是添加成功了。 我也有疑问，BugZilla刚开始用，不知道怎么用，而且，我还有个问题就是上传附件的时候上传不上去。
求助~~
