不知道你要安装在WINDOWS环境呢，还上LINUX环境？

我安装的是WIN2000下的，是从网上找的资料！我这有WIN2000环境下的安装步骤，也是从网上找的，希望能对你有点帮助！

我只知道在linux下的安装方法和使用，还没见过怎么在windows 下安装呢！

根据这篇指导安装既费时又繁琐。只怕还没配出来即先把自己给改晕了。
建议去看看精华区里的安装指南，写得清楚而且很好。

费了不少力气装好了，查看了不少资料啊，但是还是要因地制宜阿。

请问在哪个精华区里？谢谢！

bugzilla 在WINDOWS下安装很费劲的  在LINUX下安装比较简单

安装完后存在一下几个问题：
1、在首页中输入正确的帐号和密码后点击 “登陆”后提示“找不到网页”，但点击“我忘记了密码”后在新界面中却可以正常登陆，并进行操作。
2、从“忘记密码”界面中正常登陆后，修改“系统参数”中的内容，按“submit change”后，出现提示修改成功，但正常退出后，修改的内容并没有保存。我已经在“IIS”中把BUGZILLA的目录设置为“写入”权限了，并且\BUGZILLA\BUGZILLA\DATA目录也变成了非只读权限。（直接修改DATA目录下的params文件可以达到修改参数的目的）
3、邮箱发送功能不能使用，我在SMTP设置时填写的是SMTP.163.COM，维护人的邮箱也写的163的，但在新建用户时却接收不到邮件，另外我有个疑问，维护人的邮箱有密码的时候好象并没有输入密码的地方呀！

请各位达人帮助，多谢！

你用Admin进去,新建维护人员就可以了，里面是要求输密码的哦

1、是需要在参数设置里设置urlbase之后就可以了，格式http://机器名/bugzilla/，后面的/必须有
2、是那个版本的bug，你可以考虑更换一个版本，我用2.23开发版可以存盘成功
3、我发现用同一个邮件服务器的信箱可以成功，不过需要smtp验证的邮箱基本都不行的

问题是这句
Checking for      File::Spec (v0.84)    found v0.82
perl自带对FILE SPEC版本就可以了，你在SETUP.DAT中讲安装FILE SPEC的那句删去就OK了

还有Checking for  HTML::Scrubber (any)      not found

这个因为你没有安装这个模块，去下一个，安装上就OK了

windows下好象就是没有配套的邮件收发模块
