工作地点：北京
Skill set required:
technical skill: MS SQL, C#, Testing Skill, debugging skills
Nice to Have: understanding Analysis Service, OLAP, MS WTT automation framework. Understand QFE, build, and process. SharePoint experience.
Leadership skill: capable of managing a team with good people skills, dedicated for the whole team’s success.

Soft skill：
Good communication skill for collaboration with Redmond FTE and work with offshore Vendor team
passion for innovation /improvement, improveprocess, do more with less, innovative.
Independent, confident,persistent, defend his/her own opinion and stand.
Resourceful

SDET （Automation)：
工作地点：北京
Description of Position:
oWork with SDET lead to develop test specifications and test plans; review the functional and design specifications;
develop and maintain the automated test tools and framework
oImprove overall test process to take account of new tools, methodologies, and general test engineering excellence

Job Requirements:
o Knowledge of .Net Framework, C#, T-SQL and Xml.
o At least 2 years work experience in software development and/or testing.
o Business level English communication skill is necessary.
