Bugzilla, QC/TD, and free puppy

Bugzilla: If you know what you are doing, use it.
QC/TD: If you have the money and get support, use it.

If you don't know what you are doing with Bugzilla, or don't have support of QC/TD, don't use them.
Heard about the story of "free puppy"? Software is more than so.
