localhost/mantis打不开，
完全安装教程来安装的。使用XAMPP+MYSQLCC+MANTIS
之前是可以打开的。。
后来我删除了再装，就提示：

想问下。为什么连接不到数据库阿。。 数据库不存在了。试试恢复下数据库。或者单独重新安装一下mantis
