诚心请教CQ问题

我打开CQ的客户端准备配置，在过了密码验证后，出现如下错误提示，不知道哪出了错，诚心请教

CQ的高手们





Unable to obtain a Rational ClearQuest license; you may need to launch the Rational

License Administrator to establish one.

The error reported by the license manager is :

Failed to check out a key for RationalSuiteEnterprise:
FLEXlm Error -2, Invalid license file syntax OR no licenses in file.FLEXlm Error

-15, Cannot connect to license server.Failed to check out a key for ClearQuest:
FLEXlm Error -2, Invalid license file syntax OR no licenses in file.FLEXlm Error

license server没有配置好啊 写的多清楚啊 昏迷
