切换一下pip源 超时了，检查下网络 在命令后面加上-i参数：
sudo pip install tensorflow==2.0.0-beta0 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple 试试楼上的方法 更换一下pip源，换成国内的清华源或者豆瓣试试
