其实是相关会议形式
walk-through一般比较随便，只是让大家更好了解客户需求的一种集思广益的会议
inspection相对严谨的多，提前与会人员各自准备，以争取最大限度的发现潜在的bug
Traceability Matrix
简单的说就是一种表格，双向显示test case 对客户需求的覆盖。
用来发现是不是相对每个客户需求都有test case的覆盖
以及每个test case都是根据客户需求而完成的

看了LZ的帖子后决定马上跳槽了。。。。 很感谢2楼的帖子，回复的很有价值，呵呵，英文翻译直译确实不是件简单的事情， 完全达标有多了，还包括产品演示、跨部门间协调，出差客户现场调试/培训等。 作为领导者来说，沟通和管理能力是最重要的，既然可以做到lender的位置，那技术应该是在一定范围内是突出的。 做为领导者要做的事太多了,特别是一个新成立的团队,没人什么流程和规范,测试人员又都是新人 wawawa:Q 学习下 发现自己跟leader差距好大啊！ 我差远了，努力 回复 1# general82不可照抄啊！
