你是否是安装的是最新的python-sdk，新版本的sdk是7.0版本的，python-sdk，当中接口规格有较大的改动，当中没有qiniu.conf和qiniu.rs，取而代之的是qiniu.config和qiniu.quth。

这是名称有问题，要导入的名称不对
