请问这属于BUG吗？
最近在找测试方面的工作， 中国人才热线上投简历的时候发现一个问题具体操作步骤如下:1.打开[url]www.cjol.COM[/url]网站.
2.已经注册过,直接登陆.
3.登陆成功
4.再在另外一个新窗口中打开[url]WWW.CJOL.COM[/url],再
填写正确的用户名和密码就没反应了.

我不同的时间试过而且也在不同的计算机上试过，结果一样的。

正确的行为应该是：
1、当前如果没有用户登录，那么可以现示需要输入用户名和密码的页面；
2、如果当前已经有用户登录了，如果不支持多用户登录，那么打开的网页需要显示或提示用户已经登录；
3、如果当前已经有用户登录了，但支持多用户登录，那么可以用另一个用户正常登录，如果是同一用户再次登录，要么有提示说已经登录，要么就可以再次登录；

其实我的想法跟你一样的，觉得假如不能重复登陆的话也应该有个提示，只是我没真正做过测试，所以不敢确认，谢谢啊！
