[b]Job Description[/b]
[align=left][align=left][b][font=Arial][size=10pt]Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
[/size][/font][/b][font=Arial][size=10pt]To be responsible for the functional, non-functional, system and acceptance testing of software products according to project plans.
To participate in the design, development and maintenance of tests, automated and manual, to ensure extensive test coverage of all products.
To ensure faults found are documented and have an owner and are tracked through to completion.
Understand and utilize internal systems and company development processes.
[b]Experience and Competencies Required:
[/b]At least [color=red][color=black]3-year[/color][/color] software testing experience
Good understanding of business software testing and development lifecycle.
Experience in test analysis, functional, system testing
Good skills in English reading and writing[color=red][/color][/size][/font][/align][/align][align=left][align=left][font=Arial][size=10pt]Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size][/align][/align][align=left][align=left][font=Arial][size=10pt]Good time management & ability to work/complete to schedule.
Able to work effectively in a team environment
