急求助：ALM11客户端访问的问题

已经安装了Visual C++ 2005 SP1 ATL Security Update Redistributable；也重启了，但是每次访问仍报这个错，是啥原因？
我如何改IP才能让其他机器访问服务器地址呢？》》》》》》这个应该去问下你们公司的运维或是网管之类的人员吧。。。 一是用他给的那个链接去下这个插件安装，不要嫌网速慢，单独百度下载的不知道为什么不好使，二是看图internet选项高级 画红框的打勾去掉在试一下 IP应该是不用改的啊就是本机的IP加上端口号在加qc/bin 其他机器访问不了检查下防火墙 Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 ATL Security Update Redistributable is not installed.

又回到原始问题：现在每次访问都报这个错误，不管是32位还是64位，其实都已经安装了C++这个东西
