如何把cvsnt2.0.4的上的东西转移到cvsnt2.5.01上去
我是直接把仓库文件拷贝过去，但是无法commit
错误信息：

cvs [server aborted]: cannot rename file /CVSRepository/BUGMS/Development/JSP/css/,style.css, to /CVSRepository/BUGMS/Development/JSP/css/style.css,v: Permission denied
cvs不熟，不知道有没有其他办法？谢谢。
