安装bugfree出现问题

安装xammp，要配置xammp时，输入地址http://localhost:8081/security/index.php，出现
Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

Error 404

localhost
Apache/2.4.23 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2h PHP/5.5.38


请问大侠们是什么原因呢，安装这个bugfree时不是这个问题就是那个问题，快失去信心了
