why a build can be released with bug?

sure, you can not fix all the bugs. if the bug is not critical or major, you can fix the bug in the next build

I am wondering if there is another reasons for this topic.
Does anyone else want to share ur idea?

Just like the OS windowsX that we usually use ,it also published with a  lot of bugs. Because some bugs are not  too  badly  to   affect  useing the application. And  they would upgrade the build to improve performance or extend capability after that.

Due to budget and schedule, the minor severe bug can be resolved in next build.

sometimes it is the requirement of the market

sometimes it is the requirement of the market,
If we fix all the bugs ,It maybe too later for the software to meet the requirement of the market.
And the  most important thing is that we must put our product to the market as soon sa possible .

That is bug

Sometimes fixing one bug will cause more bugs because infrastructure must change or too much code need to modify; and it's not worthy to waste time and resource to resolve those inessential bugs, so those bugs may be released with build even with RTM build.

We should do believe every product has bugs and not every bug must be fixed :)

并不是所有BUG都必须要解决后才能下发!
好多情况下,可根据BUG的严重级别,影响程度由PM或是产品经理评估后认为可以放行或是发布的!
