Mantis bug管理工具的打不开的问题，请大家帮助！！
利用xampp安装 mantis后，只要把xampp 服务关掉再重启后，mantis主页就打不开了，这是为什么啊？显示如下错误，请各位大侠帮助解决！！

Apache/2.4.10 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1i PHP/5.6.3 localhost打开apache有问题么？若可以登不是apache的问题。
你试试将config_defaults_inc.php中的$g_show_detailed_errors= ON;设置为ON
也可以在config_inc.php中添加如下代码：
define( 'LOG_NONE', 0 );# no logging
define( 'LOG_EMAIL', 1 );# all emails sent
define( 'LOG_EMAIL_RECIPIENT', 2 );# details of email recipient determination
define( 'LOG_FILTERING', 4 );# logging for filtering.

define( 'LOG_LDAP', 16 );# logging for ldap
define( 'LOG_DATABASE', 32 );# logging for ldap
$g_log_level = LOG_EMAIL | LOG_EMAIL_RECIPIENT | LOG_FILTERING | LOG_AJAX | LOG_DATABASE ;
$g_log_destination = 'file:c:/mantis.log'; # you can define your path;
这样就可以在c:/下面看到mantis错误日志，当然也可以你随便设日志路径；当你的mantis连不上的时候，就可以看到是什么的问题了。 还有 因为mantis启动后，其他各相关的程序、服务、进程也许占用了各种端口，根据日志你排查一下先，不是单单一个xampp进程/端口，其他相关的都得检查下。
