                "URL=http://s1.bdstatic.com/r/www/search/is/css/ISAnimate1.css",

第一个参数是名字，默认是以URL路径最后的文件名来命名的
两个web_url函数访问同一个url，不能都命名成一样的，就做成规则：_2/_3/_4咯
