win7下安装bugzilla软件所需的perl模块失败怎么办？？？
我在安装bugzilla软件所需的perl模块出了很大问题，几个文件模块安装不了，具体问题如下：C:\4.4>ppm install Template-GD
ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provides Template-GD
C:\4.4>ppm install Encode-Detect

找不到这些包，这些包要在哪里下载，然后安装到哪里才行呢？ 我在安装bugzilla软件所需的perl模块出了很大问题，几个文件模块安装不了，具体问题如下：
